HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

In the early 2000s, the Ukrainian confectionery market was quite meager for interesting offers from national producers. At the same time, foreign brands confidently won the Ukrainian shelf and the interest of the buyer. So it was decided to create a company that could give consumers a really interesting and no less quality product, competitive in import positions.

COMPANY VALUES AND MISSION

To achieve these goals, we have attracted not just technologists and confectioners, but real virtuosos in their field. For them, confectionery is an idea, not a recipe; magic, not skills. Combining three key areas - flour products, chocolate work and fruit processing - allows us to create unique products with perfect taste. We do not just make chocolate figures or chocolate bars, we know how to work properly with raw materials of European and Ukrainian origin. Our confectioners and technologists are constantly improving their skills, studying in Germany and Belgium, as well as at the Institute of Confectionery in Solingen. For us, chocolate is the legacy of masters, and there is a whole story ahead.

Inspired by European traditions and recipes, we are actively developing the manufacture of flour products. The key direction here was the production of the most delicious waffles in Ukraine. To surprise the demanding Ukrainian buyer, we are constantly drawing ideas in countries where waffles have become a cult and a symbol. We adopt Belgian and Viennese recipes, use German technologies, complementing everything with the author's vision and adapting to the Ukrainian consumer. Fruit is a part of the confectionery world that always stays in trend. We not only use them as fillings, but also turn them into independent confectionery. To do this, we have mastered the technology of candying and drying fruit, while maintaining all the macro and micronutrients.
